You are Encouraged to Submit Abstracts for the Following Topics

Flood hazards, erosion and sedimentation

Ecological impacts.

Peak flow modeling.

Hydrological and hazard assessment models (available and in development)

Instructions for Submitting Abstracts

Abstracts should be in MS Word format and not exceed one page in length. Text should be in Times New Roman 12-point font.

Specify any special audio-visual needs including if internet access will be needed.

A concise biography of all authors must be provided. This is to include job title, employer, office phone number, street address, and e-mail address for each author. Clearly identify who the presenter will be.

Provide your preference for an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
-
Abstracts including concise biographies must be submitted by February 24, 2012.
-
Authors will be notified of their acceptance by the workshop agenda committee no later than March 7, 2012.

The length of the presentation shall not exceed 30 minutes including ample time for questions and discussion. Presentations should be provided at the time of workshop check-in via CD or USB thumb drive. CD is preferred.
